Main floor; Fully equipped kitchen, including Dishwasher. Washer & dryer. Half Bath. Balcony with table and 2 chairs and a gas BBQ. Shared pool, Jacuzzi and restrooms. Beach Terrace with lounge chairs. Secured parking. 24 hr security. in the photos is a list of rules adopted by the building members. Condo owners are allowed to remodel their units beginning 1 May, so there may be light construction during business hours. Renters cannot invite guests to the common areas, including the pool. *Please note* annual maintenance is performed each year in the Spring, so this may make for some construction related noise and inconveniences.
