The house has a smaller patio on the front with morning sun and a larger more private patio on the back with evening sun as well as a cozy garden to relax in. On the balcony at the back there is a dining area for 8 people, a barbecue and a lounge corner with an awning. Parking is available near the house and there is also a charger for electric car (special app needed). Gothenburg Central Station, 10 minutes by car. Liseberg, 15 minutes by car. The space Well-planned house with plenty of room for 4-6 people. 3 bedrooms and a guest room with sofa bed. Dining table for 4 people in the kitchen and additional dining area in the living room for up to 8 people. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, Sodastream and kettle. Washing machine available. Wi-Fi throughout the house and TV with Apple TV. The courtyard is car-free as the parking spaces are secluded. Free parking is available in the area as well as the possibility to charge an electric car (a special app is needed). Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including patios, barbecue and garden. Other things to note We love our home and expect our guests to treat it with respect. No smoking anywhere, inside or outside. No parties and no pets. If you have booked for 6 people, we ask that you inform us if additional people will be staying at the house. The residential area is densely populated and neighbors are close by. We expect you to treat them with respect during your stay in our house. Do not play loud music and keep the volume down after 10 pm in the evening.
