Our 2-room apartment offers space for 2 - 4 people on just under 60 square meters. We have lovingly renovated our grandma's apartment and created a bright and modern apartment that is ideal for a vacation in the Lake Constance region. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a bedside table and a closet. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sleeping area in just a few simple steps, providing an ideal sleeping place for children. In winter, the tiled stove provides cozy warmth. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils and dishes), so you can easily cook for yourself. There is a walk-in shower, sink and toilet in the bathroom. Towels and a hairdryer are ready for you. Through the kitchen and living room, you can access the large terrace, which invites you to relax with four chairs, a beach chair and an awning. You can park the car in the parking lot across the street. A wallbox for your electric car is also available. If you are interested, please contact us. In the bicycle garage belonging to the apartment, you can also store your bicycles (max. 2). The apartment is located in the double municipality of Rielasingen-Worblingen in the beautiful Aachtal. The region offers countless opportunities for activities, such as: - Lake Constance (boat trips and bathing areas) - Beautiful cities on Lake Constance (Radolfzell, Konstanz, Überlingen and many more) are quickly and easily accessible by car and regional train. - Hegauberge - Mountain ruin Hohentwiel - Therme in Konstanz, Überlingen and Meersburg - Hohentwiel Castle ruins - Nature bath Aachtal - Mainau Island - Gailingen ( beautiful swimming spot on the Rhine) - Höri Peninsula - Outletcenter Radolfzell Due to the direct proximity to the border, you can explore our beautiful neighboring country: - Rheinfall Schaffhausen - Stein am Rhein Good shopping, a playground and bus stops are within a 1-2 minute walk. Various brochures are available in the apartment so you can plan your excursions. We are also happy to give you tips upon arrival on how best to spend your time with us. As a note: The municipality of Rielasingen-Worblingen will apply a tourist tax from 01.01.2024. In the high season: €2.00/day per person In the low season: €1.30/day per person Except for the tourist tax, children up to the age of 14 years old, Severely disabled and people working in the community. You will receive the Bodenseecard West for the tourist tax. With this, you have free passage by public transport in the district of Konstanz and various discounts in the region (Lake Constance boat trips, beach resorts, Sea Life, etc.). The tourist tax is payable in cash upon arrival at the vacation apartment.
