This is a condo with 2 rooms located above Ekocheras Mall, which guests can easily access to the supermarket, restaurants, cinema, KTV, Bistro and etc. right at the footstep! This place is uniquely located next to the Taman Mutiara MRT station, with sheltered air-conditioner link bridge which allow the guests to travel among Kuala Lumpur city hassle free. The attractions such as Pavillion, Bukit Bintang, China town is just 6 stops away from this place! Guest access Our valuable guests are free to use everything that we had provided in our unit, but please use it in a proper way and don't take away. Guests are feel free to contact us or message us if they don't know on how to use on anything that we provided in order to cause broken or any compensation on it. STRICTLY NO illegal activities are allowed in our unit. Necessary actions will be taken and booking will be cancelled directly without any refund. If any losses caused we have the right to ask for further compensation. NO shoes (even new) is allowed inside our unit as it may cause stain. Please pack and throw all the rubbish before leave especially heavy flavor foods or wet rubbish or others in order to avoid extra cleaning fees charge. We do a charge for all broken or stain caused as a compensation. FINE amount listing: access card lost - RM 200 no smoking penalty - RM 300 penalty from management office due to guest - depend on the penalty cost Any stain/Torn/Broken caused **cleaning fees or maintenance fees - RM 50 to RM 300 or more **replacement cost - depend on the current replacement price extra cleaning services - RM 40 extra towel request - RM 15 late checkout without approval - RM 100 per hour start from 11am onward **Any late checkout request must be approved by Host as it may cause the next guests check in time please be punctual ***all prices above is for 1 piece only. Anything happen out of the listing, we will charge it depend on current situation and charge it reasonable. Of course we hope our guests all are good quality and don't hope any compensation metter is happen during guests stay, so hope our guests will treat our unit as their own house as well. thank you for your cooperation and stay.
