This late 1800's family farmhouse is a house with a heart. Many rooms have been lovingly restored while leaving the rustic feel and many original features from the good 'ole days. Get the best sleep you've had in years, smelling the country air and listening to the crickets chirping. The deer love the apple trees. We have a t.v. in the living room, along with roku, and internet. Just connect your own streaming services like you use at home. The space The dining room has a new dining room table to seat 8. The living room has 2 reclining sofas and some chairs to allow the entire family to sit around and visit or play games. The downstairs bathroom has a shower and the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with shower. There are 4 bedrooms ready for you to get the best sleep you've had in years, smelling the country air and listening to the crickets chirping. In the morning you can take your coffee and the camp chairs out by the bank as a peaceful way to start your day. The bank is steep and the water is tidal. We will also give you access to a piece of land we have a short distance from the house where you can access the water more easily. Guest access You will have access to the entire living space. There will not be access to the basement or garage.
