The space Four (4) exterior security cameras on property: 1 at front/left of house pointing towards front door entrance, 1 at front/right corner pointing towards garage, 1 at back/left pointing at backyard and 1 at back/right pointing at backyard. All motion detection; will be switched on during stay. Guest access Guests may utilize the house, garage (parking only), garage door opener (leave upon departure) and backyard area. Please don't park on grassy areas. New sprinkler system installed and not visible until in use. Other things to note Before booking, please read all "House Rules" and make sure you understand all policies. Please know that this house is not conducive for a "party or event." Please rent an "Event Center" when needed.
