Guest access Guests have the entire cabin to themselves and the surrounding 22 acres of privacy to enjoy! The driveway is a curved hill; if booking in winter, snow tires and 4-wheel drive are a must, or you will risk getting stuck. The private road and driveway are professionally cleared, however, during severe winter storms, there may be delays due to volume. Our private road and property are plowed regularly within a reasonable time frame, which is within 24 hours of a snowfall of which will make driving unsafe. Other things to note This is a family-friendly cabin and there will be ZERO tolerance for parties and excessive noise. This also includes limiting noise on the dock and keeping music levels low. We're respectful of our neighbours and we want to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. We also ask that you drive slow in the area and respect speed limits at all times. Water safety: As this is a waterfront property, guests are responsible for water safety, including but not limited to always supervising children. In addition, guests are welcome to enjoy any amenities (canoe, kayak, stand up paddle board) at their own risk. Water toy storage: We do our best to ensure all of the fun water amenities we provide are in great condition for each guest. To help us, we ask you to please take the kayak, canoe and stand up paddle board and all paddles out of the water when finished with them. Please note the following: - The water is deep off of the shoreline - A surveillance camera is positioned to face and capture footage of the driveway, and it also has the capability to record audio.
