The space Spend your days exploring the island with family and four-legged friends, taking in countryside, coastline and peaks before returning to a cosy evening in beside the roaring wood burner or an al fresco meal in the large lawn garden. A beautiful blend of old and new, this period home boasts wooden flooring, an original fireplace, tongue and groove panelling and fresh contemporary decor to suit all tastes. Whip up delicious family meals in the fantastic kitchen/diner, which contains shaker-style units, oak worktops and plenty of storage and equipment for making yourselves at home. While light meals and snacks can be enjoyed at the small table in the kitchen, evening meals are best shared in the dining room, where you will also find a sofa, TV and wood burner for creating a cosy atmosphere at mealtimes. Afterwards, retreat to the welcoming lounge, with its wooden flooring and oriental rug. Curl up with a good book or make the most of the TV/DVD available. Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms have been decorated in calming muted tones reminiscent of a boutique hotel.
