This newly remodeled condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and resort-style living, placing you just a short walk from the beach. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the waves from your private balcony and cozy up for a movie at night! The space The Space Step inside and be greeted by stunning ocean views from the main living area. Unwind on the new sleeper sofa, which converts to a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, and enjoy a movie on the 65-inch Roku TV. The space also includes a small, extendable dining table with two chairs, perfect for a meal with a view. The unit offers free wi-fi for use. Washer/dryers are available for a fee just a short walk from the unit. The fully stocked kitchen features brand-new stainless-steel appliances, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. For your morning caffeine fix, you'll find both a traditional coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide plasticware for kids and plasticware to bring to the pools. Your group will have plenty of comfortable sleeping options (Sleeps 6): Private Bedroom: A queen bed with a memory foam mattress, a 55-inch Roku TV, and a dresser. Living Room: A new sleeper sofa with a queen memory foam mattress. Hallway Nook: A set of twin bunk beds with a safety railing and ladder. The full bathroom includes a tub and shower combination. We provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and both bath and pool towels for your convenience. Your private balcony is the perfect spot to relax in one of the four comfy chairs and take in the amazing view. On a clear day, you can hear the ocean waves crashing. For your beach days, we provide a wagon, sand toys, and beach chairs. Long-term stays are welcome! This space is ideal for snowbirds, travel nurses, and anyone looking for an extended beach getaway. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself and is self-check-in. As our guest, you also have full access to the resort-style amenities on the beautiful grounds: - A large, newly renovated resort-style pool - A heated pool (Please see important notes regarding seasonal closure) - A kids' pool - A relaxing hot tub - Several charcoal grills available for guest use - A sand volleyball area - Our on-site gym is currently under construction. However, guests are welcome to use the spacious, fully-equipped gym next door at the Courtyard by Marriott, which includes free weights and a variety of machines. The Neighborhood: Our condo is perfectly situated for easy beach access. If you don't feel like cooking, a café and restaurant are located right next door at the Courtyard Marriott, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, and Starbucks coffee. Other things to note Important Information Parking & Pool Passes: Covered and uncovered parking is available for $10 per day, paid upon arrival at the front office (credit card required). This fee includes your pool passes. If you are arriving without a car, pool passes are a one-time fee of $10 for your entire stay. Construction Notice: Construction is ongoing at the front of the complex. Noise may be heard from Monday to Friday, with a rare possibility on weekends.
