Beautiful stone house with sea view and sunset

Beautiful stone house, designed by an architect and adapted for the site's elevated location with a magical view of meadows, fields, fishing village and sea. The area is very popular for recovery. All floors are made of concrete, the interior is bright and of high quality. Large social kitchen and family room in open plan and wood burning stove. Bathroom with sauna. The house has a patio with dining area, sunbeds, parasol, gas grill and pizza oven. There are 2 bikes to borrow. The house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds (double bed in one bedroom and bunk bed in two (120 cm + 90 cm). There is a washing machine and drying cabinet, wi-fi. All windows are openable doors. The house is not suitable for families with small children, is designed with a couch pit, hard concrete and sharp edges and is located on a slope with a risk of falling. The guests live by themselves and have access to the entire house and patio. There is a parking space directly adjacent to the house's entrance. The guests receive detailed information before arrival, can ask questions about the house and its surroundings before that. Simple self-check-in, we are often available to help during the stay. Beautifully located by the sea 8 km north of the town of Visby, 5 km to the airport, 4 km to the golf course, 3 km to Själsö bakery, 300 m to Krusmyntagården with restaurant and shop, 200 m to sandy beach and public bathing area, 2 km to Salthamn Wild food Café and Restaurant & Bar, 2.5 km to the Lummelunda Caves. Please note that the booked guests are the only ones allowed to stay in the house and other surroundings such as the patio. It is therefore not permitted to invite relatives, friends and acquaintances to dinner or other social occasions.
