Surf Haven Unit B

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful beach bungalow. Surf Haven unit B is a 2 bedroom (1 king/ 1 queen), 1.5 bath beach retreat just two blocks from sandy beach access, surfing, rockhounding etc. Community fire pit and large fenced yard. *we allow pets and we charge an extra $40 cleaning fee for each pet. Please let us know if you are bringing a pet and we will send you a pet fee request after you book. Quiet hours are strictly enforced after 9 pm. The space Unit B is a cozy 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath duplex with a shared, fenced backyard with a fire pit. Please clean up after your pets. (Transitioning the property to no pets. Past reservations may have pets if booked before no-pet policy began and if pet was indicated in your reservation). Please park in the long gravel drive adjacent to unit B entrance. Entry is marked with “B”. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Guest access Private entrance to unit B. Key in at entry with lock box code. Shared backyard. Park one to two vehicles in the long driveway. Other things to note Off the back porch of unit B, there is a warm water hose that is offered as a community item in the back yard for all guests to use for cleaning off after the beach. While staying at unit B you may observe other guests from unit A or unit S quietly using the warm water hose. Guests at the property must be listed on the reservation. If you are renting the property for someone else, that person must have an air bnb profile and must be added to the reservation. pet policy: unit B is now a no-pet property. If you booked before the no-pet policy began and you indicated a pet on your reservation: please clean up after them immediately after they potty and don’t leave pets at the property (inside or outside) when you are not there. We provide pet blankets, one to cover the sofa and a second to cover the bed spreads/linens to protect from pet hair. Please use them 😊. Thank you!
