The space Located lakeside in Coatepeque, our property invites you to relax, disconnect from your routine, and enjoy an unmatched natural setting. The house is equipped with: -4 comfortable living rooms, including a guest bathroom in the main living area. -Spacious kitchen with essential appliances and utensils. -Master bedroom: King-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. -Second bedroom: Queen-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. -Third bedroom: Queen-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. -Fourth bedroom: Queen-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. -Fifth bedroom: King-size bed, TV, and private bathroom. Guest access As part of the check-in procedure at the property, identification will be required from all individuals who will be staying before entry. Other things to note The property can accommodate up to 14 guests. Twelve guests can stay comfortably in the six available bedrooms, each designed to provide rest and comfort. For the additional guests (13 and 14), we offer an extra sofa bed or the option to share a room with the rest of the group, depending on their preferences. The base rate includes up to 10 guests; starting from the 11th guest, an additional fee of $25 per person per night will apply. Pets are welcome with prior notice and authorization, and require a refundable deposit. ($50 per pet) If you’re looking for an unforgettable water experience, we work with external providers who can assist you with boat and jet ski services.
