Welcome to The Green Room! This moody and eccentric space is located in the Bexley/Eastmoor neighborhood of Columbus, an easy 7 min drive to the airport, 10 min from Downtown, and 15 minutes from OSU. Guests will enjoy private access to the entire lower floor of a split level home with a private keyless entrance, fenced back patio, cozy bedroom, living room, and a spa inspired bath. Coffee, tea, and bath products are provided, along with a high speed wifi and TV with media streaming. The space The Green Room features a cozy bedroom and spa inspired bathroom, bath products included. The living room area features mood lighting, eccentric decor, and a mid century inspired desk space. The space also includes a dry bar which includes a fridge, microwave, coffee, and a variety of tea. Guests will have a private entrance and access to a small back patio sitting area. The space also offers high speed wifi. The fireplace is used for aesthetic purposes only. The space has heat and air conditioning set on a pre-set temperature. Guests are also provided with space heaters and fans for their convenience. Dry Bar Includes: - Coffee K Cups - Creamer/Sugar - Assorted Tea - Glassware - Microwave - Fridge - tea kettle IMPORTANT: Bedroom 1 - sleeps 2 people comfortably The space is ideally equipped for 2 guests, a third guest can sleep on the couch by removing all the pillows and it turns into ABOUT a twin size for a third person to sleep. There is an additional fee per night for each guest after the 2nd guest. Guest access Guests will follow the stone path to their private back patio and will be provided exclusive access and keyless entry to The Green Room Suite. ** Please note that due to the nature of the driveway, there is on street parking right in front of the home. The street is very quiet and safe with free parking.
