Bird Corner

Located on a quiet street, our house is a perfect place to relax, recharge and listen to the sound of birds and nature. The city center and Thermal Spa are a 4-minute drive from the accommodation. Thermas de São Pedro is a 14-minute drive away. On foot, we are 22 minutes from downtown and 6 minutes from the future ARAMAT – Contemporary Art Park. Important: We do not provide bed linens and bath towels. We don't have air conditioning, but we do have a climate control system and fans. The space New house, illuminated and airy, with two bedrooms (one en-suite), a bathroom and an American kitchenette. Spacious living room with Wi-Fi, a comfortable sofa and Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with basic utensils, stove, refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, kettle and electric coffee maker. The rooms are harmonized according to feng shui, with new mattresses and fans. In the back, there is an orchard, where you can observe and feed the birds. There is also a BBQ area and a pergola garden for outdoor meals and hammocks to relax. In the service area, we provide a washing machine. All windows have mosquito screens and pest control is carried out regularly. Although the city is extremely secure, there are external surveillance cameras and an iron gate to ensure more security and privacy to guests.
