Grocery store and gas station are a 2 minute drive. Bear viewing is also a 4.5 miles drive south. Downtown district is 3.5 miles north where you’ll find the famous “Creek street” and other tourist shops and seafood restaurants. The space This is a One bedroom unit. With a queen bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. Wi-fi provided. Up one flight of stairs to front door. Laundry is located in the garage. We ask that the sectioned off area for laundry be respected by guests, and do not go beyond curtained laundry area. Other things to note Any guest in violation of the "no smoking/vaping and/or drug use" and "no pets allowed" on the premises rules shall pay a violation penalty of $600.00 plus any additional fees incurred from damages and/or extra cleaning. This penalty also applies to "emotional support animals" as per AirBnB policy.
