The space The 1 bedroom unit has a kitchenette with gas burner, benchtop oven and microwave. Full fridge and half freezer available. Fully insulated and double glazed with heat pump for heat and cooling and DVS system for ventilation. Netflix on TV and Fibre internet. A lovely cosy lounge and bookshelf with games and some books to read. Good sized Bathroom with large shower. Guest access You have full access to the unit at the rear of the house. If you wish to utilise some fresh produce from our garden please ask and feel free to help yourself to fresh lettuce and anything else that's ready to be picked. Full parking out the front including space for a trailer to be reversed in over the grass onto concrete. The covered BBQ area is open to guests and we share this space. Other things to note We have two busy boys and they like to play outside so there may be a small amount of noise. Also nearby is the local Fire Station so occasionally you may hear the siren. During summer however we are cricket mad so most Saturdays will be out of the house early morning till evening so the place will be quiet during the daytime. We spend a lot of evenings out with sports and activities so we may not be around much in fine weather.
