Grand Gîte de Laufrerie Périgord

At the gates of the tourist attractions of the Périgord Noir with its thousand and one castles and its many prehistoric caves, the Laufrérie cottage will welcome you in a quiet environment in the middle of greenery in the municipality of Rouffignac-Saint-Cernin-de-Reilhac. The gîte is ideally located, in the center of the main tourist sites: Les Eyzies, Le Bugue, Montignac about 30 minutes from Sarlat and Périgueux. The space The large Laufrérie gîte is an old house completely renovated in 2010. In 2023, an extension was carried out to increase the capacity of the gîte. It is spacious, comfortable and ideal for large families or groups of friends. Perfect for family reunions during weddings in the area. The gîte can now accommodate up to 10 people. It is organized as follows Initial part of the ground floor (rental possible only for 2 to 4 people) 70 m²: - 1 large living room consisting of a farm table with 2 benches, a rattan living room with TV with TNT channels and a DVD player. - 1 equipped kitchen and opening to the living room (hot plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer section, kettle, filter coffee maker, Tassimo pod machine) - 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 140 - 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90, possibility to add a crib. - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, sink, toilet and washing machine. - Gîte that can accommodate up to 4 people, including children. Extension 2023 (fully air-conditioned) 100 m², on the ground floor: - 1 large living room with TV, sofa and table, - 1 toilet - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed - 1 playroom for children Upstairs: - 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, - 1 WC, - 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed - 2 bedrooms each with a single bed of 90 cm. There is a crib for a baby in one. Each room is equipped with a duvet, blanket, bolster and one or two pillows. Mattress covers are provided and changed between each stay. Numerous board games and books are available for young and old. Baby equipment upon request. Household products are provided. Stairs are present. Accepts vacation vouchers. Pets not allowed. Bed linen and towels not provided but can be rented on request: Sheet set: €10/bed; Towel set: €8/person. In July and August, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Guest access The entire house is available for rent.
