French doors lead out onto patio and garden area from reception room. Private entrance via back gate and french doors. Hard standing parking available for one car. Guest access Hall and stairs up to bedrooms shared with owner, but bedrooms and bathroom are on separate side of the house, as is reception room. Use of washing machine and sink in full kitchen, shared with owner. During your stay Owner on site in own space and contact number will be provided if any problems. Other things to note We have a friendly dog who loves people and is good with other dogs. She has her own space, so you don’t need to interact with her if you don’t want to.
