The cabin is the original building on the property and as been recently renovated to accommodate guests in comfort and style. Log cabin on the outside, modern comforts on the inside...the perfect place for your Yukon adventures, anytime of year. The space The property is set in 21 private acres of woodland and gardens and is the perfect place to start any Yukon adventure. The original cabin on the property has had beautiful renovations done, and is the perfect base for your Yukon adventures. There is a living area, kitchenette, wood stove and loft sleeping area. There is a private outhouse for guests to use. There are stunning lake and mountain views from the cabin. Down at the lake a canoe is available in summer and there are plenty of snowshoes for a winter adventure. There are lots of lovely walking trails in the forest close by. Please note, due to covid -19 guests will no longer have access to the main family house, shower and laundry facilities. Breakfast is no longer included and the nightly rates have been reduced to reflect this. Come ready to soak in the views; have an adventure; relax; and enjoy Yukon living at its best! Please note that if the cabin is not available for your holiday dates we do have the option of the Mongolian Yurt which sleeps 5 guests. Summer guests have had some great hiking and biking adventures. We are fortunate enough to be located between some world class mountain biking trails in Carcross and Whitehorse. For winter guests who enjoy alpine skiing or snowboarding, they will be able to buy passes at Mount Sima at a discounted rate. If you are planning to go dog mushing on a winter adventure I would recommend booking well in advance to ensure there is a dog team available. My favorite place to go dog mushing is Sky High Wilderness Ranch at Fish Lake.
