Family accommodation, privately managed, in a very quiet area of the historic center, with excellent views of the city from each bedroom and very close to all the monuments. Living/dining area with wifi and digital TV. The house has a private terrace, equipped with garden furniture, from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the entire town and its main landmarks: Castle, hermitage, Basilica 'La Seu', Alameda... Ideal for relaxing! The space This is a spacious and quiet single-family dwelling that you can enjoy in its entirety, without restrictions. It has three floors connected by stairs. On the ground floor, there is the dining room and living area, as well as a spacious kitchen and a small half bathroom. This floor has a hot/cold air conditioner. The largest bedroom and a full, spacious bathroom are on the first floor. The room has a balcony overlooking the historic center. It also has a hot/cold air conditioner. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with an integrated full bathroom. Like the other bedroom, it also has a balcony with excellent views of the historic center. There is also a seating area on this floor. Unfortunately, this bedroom does not have air conditioning. We provide fans in summer and a heater in winter. The location of the bedrooms on floors other than the dining room, living area and kitchen allows those who prefer to rest to enjoy peace and quiet while the rest continue to chat, watch TV or surf the Internet on the ground floor. Finally, on the third floor, the house has a terrace equipped with garden furniture and artificial grass, where you can sunbathe, enjoy the views or simply have a glass of wine during the sunset. Guest access All areas of the house are at your disposal, without restrictions and without having to share them with owners or other tenants. Other things to note The house is registered in the Tourist Registry of the Valencian Community with registration number VT-55235-V. Likewise, in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, the accommodation is registered in the Accommodation System of the Ministry of the Interior.
