This self-catering holiday property is set in the heart of a quiet yet active Scottish estate. It provides guests with the opportunity to watch varied wildlife, walk to the beach or the local village and stroll along the Applecross River, exploring the delights of Wester Ross. The space Comfortably accommodating four people, this home offers an all-round Scottish holiday experience in a beautiful area, as well as the chance to feel part of a Highland Estate environment. Part of the wing of Applecross House, this property is fully self-contained with an internal passage connecting the two houses. This allows the properties to be let individually or as one, in conjunction with Bramble Lodge, to accommodate larger parties up to 12. On the ground floor, there is a charming sitting room with a wood burner and a dining table in the bay window. It's a homely and spacious room where you can enjoy each other's company and maybe play a board game from the selection under the coffee table. The kitchen is narrow, with plenty of worktop space and well-equipped for creating wholesome meals. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms – a lovely king-size and a twin room – as well as a family bathroom with both a bath and a shower. House Rules Additional information and rules 1 dog allowed per booking - 2 bedrooms – 1 King-size and 1 twin - 1 bathroom with separate shower, plus 1 WC - Electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - Highchair by arrangement - Travel cot and high chair on request - Night storage heating - Wood burner with logs included - Smart TV - Please note there is no mobile reception at this property but Wi-Fi is available to support Wi-Fi calling - 1 dog welcome restricted to kitchen and utility areas - Please note there is no garden at this property, however there is a shared grass area surrounding the building - One mile walk to the Applecross Inn and a short walk to the Walled garden restaurant (Please check opening times and services as they vary seasonally) - Small Village shop a short drive away it is advisable to bring essential food supplies as the shop is closed on Sunday's and has limited opening times during the week. - This property is fully self contained and can be let individually or in conjunction with the neighbouring property Bramble Lodge(CA048) for larger parties. The two houses are connected by an internal passage - Please note:- At present there is no EV charging station for electric cars in Applecross and the nearest ones are in Lochcarron, Dornie or Kyle of Lochalsh.
