Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment, for their exclusive use. Other things to note Check-in is available at all times, but a surcharge may apply depending on arrival time. A surcharge will be required depending on the day and time of your arrival. - FREE check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays - €35 from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and Italian holidays - €35 from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. on weekdays - €50 from 11:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. every day of the week - €75 from 1:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. every day of the week LONG STAYS (rentals over 30 days - transitional rentals): - at the time of check-in you will have to pay the contract registration fee (1% of the contract value) + 16 euro revenue stamp + €100 one-time fee for contract registration costs.
