The Little House, Centrally Located

This comfortable space is close to local hospitals UAMS and Arkansas Children's, as well as convenient to the neighborhoods of Hillcrest, Heights, SOMA and Downtown. Studio floorplan gives adequate privacy yet keeps open, airy feel. Large walk in shower, washer and dryer in unit, and high speed wifi complete the amenities to make sure you can work and play comfortably. Electric car charging station is a few blocks away. Popular local restaurants, dive bar and coffee nearby. The space Stand alone cottage in sweet neighborhood. One off street parking space. Has fire ring and back porch area, not fully fenced. The Little House is surprisingly spacious, and includes washer and dryer, smart TV, and full kitchen. We have recently replaced the couch with a brand new, comfy sofa. This is where our family stays when visiting so it's special to us. We hope you enjoy it just as much as they do! We personally clean and host, so if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask. We live nearby, and love this area. We welcome patients and Healthcare workers of local hospitals, and are happy to accommodate longer stays. We allow well behaved dogs and the occasional kitty (with preaproval.) Yard is not fully fenced, but the neighborhood is great for walks. Other things to note As this property regularly hosts patients and Healthcare workers, as well as our own family, we have a strict no smoking policy. If broken, we charge a $170 fee for remediation.
