The house is situated in a very quiet, detached location on a 520 square meter south-facing slope in the Vorauf vacation park near Siegsdorf, Inzell and Ruhpolding and offers an ideal starting point for a variety of activities due to its location. This vacation home features a private outdoor space with a garden, a spacious terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. In the vacation park there are tennis courts, a children's playground and football pitch, skating and basketball courts and in winter a cross-country ski trail as well as a ski slope with drag lift in the immediate vicinity. In addition to numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, you have a central starting point for attractive excursions to the Chiemsee, Waginger See, Königsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and other surrounding health resorts as well as short distances for skiing and cross-country skiing or for wonderful cycling and mountain hikes. Parking space is available 50 m from the property, and a short-term parking place (a maximum of 30 minutes) is in front of the building. Families with children are welcome.
