WLAN, TV with satellite connection, stereo system, DVD player, telephone, dishwasher, garden grill and all necessary kitchen appliances are available. Other things to note Pets and smoking are not permitted in the house. The host's charging station for electric vehicles can be used on request. The house is situated in a very quiet, detached location on a 520 square meter south-facing slope in the Vorauf vacation park near Siegsdorf, Inzell and Ruhpolding and offers an ideal starting point for a variety of activities due to its location. This vacation home features a private outdoor space with a garden, a spacious terrace, a balcony, and a barbecue. In the vacation park there are tennis courts, a children's playground and football pitch, skating and basketball courts and in winter a cross-country ski trail as well as a ski slope with drag lift in the immediate vicinity. In addition to numerous hiking trails in the immediate vicinity, you have a central starting point for attractive excursions to the Chiemsee, Waginger See, Königsee, Salzburg, Berchtesgaden and other surrounding health resorts as well as short distances for skiing and cross-country skiing or for wonderful cycling and mountain hikes. (Recommendations are available for you in the house). Craftsmen and assembly teams are not welcome, as the house is exclusively for vacation guests. Parking space is available 50 m from the property, and a short-term parking place (a maximum of 30 minutes) is in front of the building. Families with children are welcome.
