Guest access You have full and private access to your kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. Laundry room is located in a shared space. You must have a code to access. Backyard is private to this unit but the owner does have access and is there from time to time as it is where she keeps her concession trailer and supplies. Cleanliness is a high priority for our listings, please respect the house and clean up after yourself. We clean and disinfect the house before each arrival for your comfort. 2. Trash pick-up is on Thursday morning. If your stay falls on one of this day, We would greatly appreciate it if you place the bin at the curb the previous evening. 3. Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters, please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed. 4. Exterior Security Cameras are present to assist with check-in and general security and are not regularly monitored. 5. Our housekeeping will come at 10:00am please be on time to departure from the home, if you have super early take off, please let us know. 6. Cancelation policy applies to all alteration requests.
