Liability Waiver Here at Circus Wonderland, we make every effort to ensure your safety and well-being. However, by making reservation at Circus Wonderland, you acknowledge and understand that there are inherent risks associated with the activities, facilities, equipment, and/or services provided in our property (“Activities”) including but not limited to physical injuries, property damage, accidents, or even death (“Risks”). You hereby expressly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for these Risks that may occur to you or any person arising from or in connection with your use of Activities during your stay. You expressly and voluntarily agree to waive any and all claims, demands or suits for any accident, personal injury, property damage or other losses whatsoever arising from these activities during your stay against us. We strongly encourage you to exercise caution, adhere to safety guidelines, keep a watchful eye on your personal belongings and your children. Children must be supervised at all times. Security and Valuables Your safety and security are of paramount importance to us. Please take the necessary precautions to secure your valuables and personal belongings. We will not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to your possessions during your stay at Circus Wonderland or any other Ethan Zen managed property. Rescheduling of Reservation Travel Date & Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to modify your travel dates, we allow a one-time rescheduling of your travel dates, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the original check-in date. The revised dates are subject to availability, and any price difference between the original and new dates will apply. For 2nd request or more, or for request raised less than 14 days before the original check-in date, an additional surcharge of RM100 per night will be levied. Ethan Zen reserves the right to decline any rescheduling request and has final discretion on all changes. Cancellation raised by guest is subject to the terms outlined in our cancellation policy as stated on the booking platform. We recommend considering travel insurance to help safeguard your interest in case unforeseen circumstances arise. Late Check-Out We understand your travel plans may require late departure from our property. While we do our best to accommodate these requests, they are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. For late check-outs, a fee of RM50 will be charged for every 30 minutes past the standard check-out time. Kindly note that approval is at the host's discretion and depends on our calendar availability. Indemnity By confirming your reservation at Circus Wonderland, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ethan Zen, its owners, and staff from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the property, your actions or conduct during your stay, and any violation of the terms outlined in this disclaimer notice.
