Cozy 60 sqm apartment with balcony, located on the second floor of a building without an elevator in Giardini Naxos, perfect for accommodating up to 5 people. Just 4 minutes from the beach, it offers an ideal location to enjoy the sea and explore the area. The well-furnished interior ensures a comfortable and pleasant stay. Surrounded by restaurants and shops, this apartment combines convenience and charm, making it perfect for an unforgettable vacation. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, fridge, oven, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), sofa, dining table, TV, access to the balcony, and split A/C; - BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe; - BEDROOM II with double bed; - BEDROOM III with single bed and chest of drawers; - BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, sink, bidet, and WC; - BALCONY with outdoor table. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in living room), clothes rack, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. NOTE: The building does not have an elevator - the apartment is on the second floor. NO heating - the split A/C in the living room also provides warm air. NO WIFI. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and will not be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 1 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Giardini Naxos.). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Giardini Naxos Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd. For all late check-ins from 20:30 to 00:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following: EUR 25 from 20:30 to 22:30; EUR 35 from 22:30 to 00:00.
