We have an inexpensive restaurant, seafood restaurant and coffee shop nearby. The space The apartment is located in the back of the house, which makes for a very quiet stay, with a separate entrance. It has a bedroom with a double bed, air conditioning, a closet, a dresser, an iron, a television, a work table and a pedestal fan, a full bathroom, towels, a small living room with a sofa bed, a dining room, a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Guest access Access to the apartment is through the garage. Other things to note For stays longer than one week, sheets, bedspreads and clean towels will be changed at an additional cost of $100 to be paid in cash. There is a very friendly pet, a German shepherd dog named Ron, he is very noble and older, but if dogs bother you, he has his space, so that the guest has peace of mind during their stay.
