Parking: Parking is inside the colony/ society, just be sure to write your contact details on the vehicle to ensure you haven’t blocked someone else’s parking. Guidelines/ instructions: - kindly send the soft copy of your ID on the given number/ airbnb inbox once the bookings is confirmed - do not climb the iron staircase - do not sit on the boundary wall of the balcony - No smoking allowed 🚭 inside the house. A fine of Rs.1000/- is applicable if you do so. However you can use the balcony area for the same. - do not burn coals for hookah inside the house (do it in the balcony area). - No parties allowed - No pets allowed - No children below 4 yrs allowed - No loud music/ noises - the house is on the top floor (3rd/4th) without elevator - keep the windows closed to avoid unwanted guests, in case you want to open the windows kindly use the mesh screens. -Please try not to stain the bedsheet, use extra bedsheets or towels to cover up in case of need. - Decoration instructions- No pasting on the walls and decor should not leave any mark on any surface or thing. - Please keep the kitchen clean after the use. - Please inform beforehand if cleaning is required. - In case of any damage you are liable to pay for the same. - dry your cloths and towels in the balcony area. - Original IDs of the guests will be needed and will be returned at the time of checkout. - Luggage instructions- help for luggage is subject to availability so kindly travel light. - If anyone asks your purpose of visit in the society kindly tell them you are my Guests and have come to visit me. House Rules for Guests with Kids: -Please dispose of used diapers in the dedicated dustbin provided. -Keep fragile/breakable items out of children’s reach. -Children must be supervised at all times, especially near balconies/stairs. -No jumping on beds, sofas, or furniture. Kindly avoid writing/drawing on walls or furniture. -Please manage noise levels to respect neighbors. -Food and drinks for kids should be enjoyed in the dining/kitchen area.
