Cozy Mountainside 2 Bdrm Apt. w/ Kitchen and View

Our cozy 2-bedroom, walkout basement apartment is nestled along the foothills of the Santaquin Mountains and offers an amazing view of the Utah Valley. It's very conveniently located, only 0.5 miles from the I-15 freeway entrance and only 5 miles from the Payson UT Temple! This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures! The space Our Airbnb is the basement of our home, which is located in a tranquil mountainside area. Randy and I are empty nesters here. However, we do have grandkids that occasionally come to visit, so there may be some kid noise on the property from time to time. We'll also do our best to keep noise to a minimum, but we are not silent or perfectly still creatures. Sometimes, you might hear footsteps, running water, and generally moving around, so there will also be that kind of noise. Please let us know if any of these everyday sounds disrupt your stay. The main thing is we want you to have a pleasant stay. Our guests are welcome to relax in the chairs on the patio, have a cup of coffee in the morning, or catch up online with family and friends. The scenery is beautiful, and they can enjoy the area of the backyard and patio at their leisure. Guest rooms: Our Airbnb features two bedrooms for your convenience and privacy. * Master Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Dream Cloud mattress, a quality mattress for comfortable sleep. * Family Bedroom: The family bedroom has a queen-size bed with a medium-to-firm mattress. Solid wood bunk beds are also sturdy enough for adults or children. Kitchen and Laundry For your convenience, our Airbnb has a full-size kitchen so you can make all of your favorite meals. We also provide a full-size washer and dryer. There's even a coffee bar, so you'll be able to have a fresh, hot cup of coffee every morning during your stay. Bathroom The bathroom offers the convenience of two separate vanities and sinks. Guests and hosts will each have their own private sink. The bathroom also features a tub/shower combo. We provide complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer to keep things nice and convenient for our guests. Guest access Our Airbnb has a private entrance, so you can access your own space. You can access the apartment from the large private driveway on the side of our house. Once you're on the side of the house, go down some paver stairs to reach your private entrance. All entrances have motion sensor lights and a lighted driveway and stairway, so you'll be able to see everything when you get to our house, even if you arrive after dark. Other things to note The Santaquin mountains nestle our Airbnb and are a short block away from trails on the side of the mountain for an early morning walk in our quiet neighborhood with amazing views of the valley or a 10-minute drive to Santatquin canyon drive leading to the beautiful Nebo loop. Enjoy the close proximity to the I-15 freeway as well.
