Everyone is welcome here. The space Mini House Jaconé is an independent part of my house. You will enter and find a beautiful grassy backyard with a swimming pool and fruit trees. The pool is delivered clean and remains so until the guest leaves, as it is not possible to clean during the stay; therefore, I only accept reservations up to 5 nights. In addition, the pool is in the middle of the yard, with trees around it and at ground level, with a small deck on the lawn; therefore, leaves, grass and dust always fall, which can be removed with the sieve that is available. The living room and kitchen are closed by blindex doors, which leave the pool and yard in view. Guest access Mini House Jaconé is for the exclusive use of guests, not allowing the arrival of guests or visitors. In addition, the guest can access the common areas of the condominium, such as the children's playground. Other things to note Mini House Jaconé is about 3 km from the nearest shops. It is about 10 km from the Jaconé shops in Saquarema; and the Ponta Negra shops in Maricá. Therefore, it is worth bringing whatever you need to consume when you arrive at the house. I offer, as a courtesy, 1 gallon of 20l of mineral water, cleaning material, matches, coffee powder and filter, sweetener, salt and napkin. The cell phone signal is very variable, only Vivo works well. The TV works on Wi-Fi, when we have signal problems, we can't watch TV. Transportation app services like Uber or 99 can take a long time. Because it is located close to the Atlantic Forest, I recommend bringing repellent.
