The townhouse has 2 large living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites plus 4 bathrooms, a delightful leisure area overlooking the woods, we are 40 meters from the river, and we are 1 km from the historic center. The space The townhouse is comfortable and has all the kitchen utensils, I as a host am attentive, I give all support during the stay. A quiet place, because the house is located in an area near the reserve where a river passes, and you only hear the noise of nature, this is fantastic for those who live in a big city. Guest access We have a solar-heated pool. Other things to note We have a forest reserve at the back of the house, where there is a river 40 meters away, the famous Rio das Almas passes at the back of the house, with a very suggestive beach for taking pictures and swimming. There are guests who risk a little fishing.
