As with our other units, this is a family-friendly property and is centrally located. The space Casas Bugambilia Door 4 is a 2-bedroom apartment and can accommodate 5 guests comfortably. Maximum guest allowed are 6. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the living room has a built in ceiling fan. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and electric kettle. It is also complete with utensils (cooking pots, dishes, and silverwares). The first bedroom has a full size bed, while the second bedroom offers one semi-full and one twin size bed. There's only one bathroom in this unit, but it has been updated with new tiles and fixtures. The shower has hot water. It is fenced, gated and is family friendly. A pet dog resides in the premises. The location is only a walking distance from Gaisano Grand Mall in the main road, very convenient for basic necessities. Balamban main town is kilometer and a half away from this place. Guest access There's one designated parking space per unit. If more parking space is needed, we may accommodate it depending on availability. The barangay road is located right outside the gate, and is big enough to accommodate all types of vehicles. Other things to note There's no washing machine at the apartment, but there are laundromats nearby. Also, it has a space at the back patio to wash and hang clothes, or there are few laundry ladies nearby that the guest can hire if the service is needed.
