Step inside this cozy 596-square-foot haven, where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with a refrigerator. Enjoy your morning coffee in the small yet inviting breakfast nook, embraced by refreshing cross-breezes from windows on both sides. While the bar table can be expanded for more space, it's perfect for intimate gatherings. For personalized comfort, mini-split units in each sleeping area allow you to tailor the temperature to your liking. Outside, a majestic jacaranda tree provides shade, surrounded by a colorful array of bushes and shrubs. Convenience meets practicality with your own dedicated laundry room, that is attached to the nearby garage, just steps from the kitchen entry. Guest access As our guest, you'll have full access to the entire For Rest Haven, including the charming side patio with trees and umbrella to provide shade. In the backyard, you'll find one designated parking space [not a carport, but the system does not give that option]. This secluded spot boasts a cozy table/fire pit and a coffee table surrounded by two chairs and a bench. The patio is paved with recycled red cement squares, adding to its rustic charm. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, with plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. Other things to note To access the driveway, use the pedestrian gate on the right side. We'll send you the lockbox and house entry codes a day before your arrival. To open the gate, slide the bolt and pull up the right side cane bolts at the gate's bottom by twisting them back and forth upwards about 3 times to align with the notch holes. This will allow the gate to clear the pavement when opened. Securely drop the cane bolts into the planter dirt to keep it open. After driving in, please replace the cane bolts to their original position, close and lock the gate from the inside using the slide bolt.
