Agnanti, a traditional taverna with excellent food, flavors, mountain views and a wonderful fireplace, is located 600 meters away in the direction of the village of Gorgianades. The well-known Kasmir, which has a pool during the summer months, is 1.2km away. The ski resort is 14 km away, while the Karpenisi Sports Center is 10km away. Don't miss a visit to the Monastery of Proussos, as well as to the Black Cave (near the Monastery) during the summer months. Our traditional duplex (110 sq. m.) with mountain views can accommodate couples, groups of friends and families of up to 6 people for a comfortable stay. It has 3 bedrooms (one bedroom on the upper floor with a double bed, one bedroom on the lower floor also with a double bed, and one bedroom with 1 single bed and a sofa that opens out into a small double bed). The stone-built maisonette is located in a residential complex and was built in 2006. The space It is a beautiful, cozy, attractive space with a warm atmosphere, well-maintained and with a modern style. Rea House offers amenities that will make your stay an exceptional experience. The unparalleled view, the lush green landscape and the peaks surrounding the complex create a unique scene for every season! Evrytania is famous for the purity of its air! The residence is divided into two levels that are connected by an interior wooden staircase. Wood and stone predominate both indoors and outdoors in the house! On the upper floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a bathroom with a shower, comfortable sofas (one of which converts into a bed) around the fireplace, a TV, and one bedroom with a wooden floor. The internal staircase leads to the lower floor, to the 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a sofa that converts into a small double bed. All rooms have large wardrobes for storing clothes and hangers (a bedside table in the upstairs bedroom and a dresser in the downstairs bedroom). There are 2 bathrooms with toilets, fully equipped (one on each level). There is 1 balcony in the living room, a courtyard in the upstairs bedroom, a courtyard in the downstairs bedroom, and a romantic window in the other downstairs bedroom. There is also a small surprise balcony in the kitchen where you can hang clothes! The front balcony has transparent traditional awnings so you can enjoy the magic of the landscape even during the winter months (when the balcony becomes something like a semi-outdoor space). All the aluminum doors are of excellent quality and can also be tilted open, and they have double, thick glazing. In front of each door or window there is a screen for mosquitoes and insects that opens upwards (or closes downwards). The view from the living room as well as from the 3 bedrooms will reward you and add a romantic touch! * The house is located in a complex of country houses. Outside the main entrance and on your left, you'll find the key box (labeled REA) on the wooden handrail. The maisonette is heated by an independent heating system (with an independent oil burner) that is controlled by a modern electronic panel-thermostat. There is a hot water supply (boiler) when the heating is on. The stove is ceramic. There are cooking utensils, a toaster and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee maker (Krups).
