In the living area you can relax on the large sectional sofa while watching the 55" HDTV or enjoy a drink in the Florida room gazing outside at the pool area. The free-form swimming pool with optional heating ($20/day) is the perfect place for family fun in the sun! We also supply pool toys such as water cannons and noodles. The home has a split bedroom plan with a twin bedroom and the king master bedroom on one side of the home, both with HDTV's and designated bathrooms. Also off the master is a very large walk-in closet as well as a beautifully appointed bath with walk-in shower that has a cabana entrance to the pool area. The third bedroom located on the opposite side of the home has a separate private entrance which opens to the pool deck as well as HDTV, mini-fridge, microwave and private bath with shower. This bedroom suite also has its own new mini-spit A/C system. The home also has a utility room with new washer and dryer for you use. The living area opens to the pool deck which features a patio table for dining poolside as well as chaises for working on your tan. Florida living is never complete without grilling outside and a Charbroil gas grill is ready for shrimp skewers or steaks. The beach entrance is just steps from the home. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach cart as well as pool and beach toys. You may choose to live in your swim suit while you are here. This is truly one of our most exquisite and upscale homes and is located in one of Fort Lauderdale's most prestigious neighborhoods just south of the world famous Galt Ocean Mile and just north of Fort Lauderdale Beach. Other things to note •Signed contract and copy of ID required. •Responsible party must be at least 30 years old. •NO PARTIES OR NOISY GROUPS. •Noise Ordinance rules must be followed, 10 pm to 8 am. •Smoking is permitted outside the home in the patio or pool area. •Pack n play and high chair in the home. Please note the third bedroom with ensuite bath has a private entrance that opens to the pool deck and is separate from the rest of the home. We provide beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler & beach cart. Also we live only a few minutes from the property and are available to answer any questions or to deal with any issues. We also try to meet all of our guests when they arrive. We have a child pool fence, extra pak-n-plays, high chairs and tot cots which are available upon request at time of booking. Pool heat is optional and costs $20 per night.
