Amazing pool home by Aventura!

Beautiful private residence features a modern renovated interior. Amazing outdoor space with a large swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, dining/lounge area and outdoor shower all surrounded by lush landscaping. Master bedroom has 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom has 1 full size bed and 3rd bedroom has 2 single beds. Location is great, 5 min to Aventura mall, 10 min to the beach & easy access to I-95. Home is designed for 5 guests. Upon reservation, name and ID for each guest is required to be uploaded. Other things to note Our home is located within a quiet neighborhood with many families. The home is intended for enjoying all Miami has to offer while staying in a modern home with nice amenities. We do not allow parties or additional guests that are not registered. The maximum allowance is 5 people as we strive to maintain the home in good condition for our use and guest use. No smoking is allowed and no loud noise after 10pm. Upon reservation, we require name and ID for all adult guests staying in the home.
