Bedroom Closets are not available to guest. Basement is finished but dated and has older furniture. There is a TV and room for air mattress in this space. There is a 3 in 1 table (pool, air hockey and ping pong). The fenced yard has been recently landscaped with the installation of an above ground pool(temporarily out of service due to repairs) and trampoline. There is a basketball net in the driveway along with a number of yard games available. Its a great space for a family. Please note the owners often stay here and there will be food items in the kitchen. However, plenty of room for your own as well. If you need to use any of the condiments or spices feel free. There will also be items in the bathroom vanity. However there’s still room for your toiletries. Guest access The garage is currently being used by the owner for storage. Other things to note we will require a liability form to be signed for the pool and trampoline that we will not be held liable of injury or any other issues.
