The space Our newly built apartment comes with kitchen, bathroom which has a bathtub, balcony and with many amenities that you guests are free to use. The room size is 30 ㎡. There is 1 double bed and a sofa bed in the bed room. Floor plan of the apartment is added in the photos, please check it. The room is air-conditioned and fully equipped with a TV, and kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, kettle, cooking stove, cookware, and other utensils, so feel free to cook your favorite dish. Bathroom amenities such as hair dryer, bath and face towel, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap will be in the bathroom. Please check the amenity list for all the provided amenities. Can I request early check-in or late check-out? A. Generally, it is not available. However, depending on the situation, please contact us in advance for confirmation. Q. Can I check in at any time? A. Check-in is self-service and available after 3:00 PM. Please note that check-ins after midnight may be difficult to accommodate, so we kindly ask guests to check in by 10:00 PM. Q. How can I check in? A. Before check-in, we require identification documents from all guests. Once verified, we will send you detailed check-in instructions before your arrival time. Yes, the property operates with proper government authorization. In accordance with the law, all guests are required to submit identification documents (passport, driver’s license, etc.) in advance. Q. Is it mandatory to provide ID? A. Yes. According to Japanese lodging law enforced on July 15, 2018, all guests must submit identification. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Your personal information will never be disclosed to third parties unless required by law enforcement. Q. Is smoking allowed? A.
