UQ, the most beautiful university in Queensland, can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. There are Coles, Korean Super market and some restaurants nearby. The apartment has a BBQ, gym, swimming pool, steam room and sauna. No parking space is included (there is a parking space downstairs for temporary parking) Smoking, drinking, and keeping pets are not allowed.
