Kitchenette with microwave combi oven, air fryer, coffee machine, tea & coffee, fridge freezer. Dining area, queen size bed and a wood burner. Use of washing machine/dryer by prior arrangement/charge. The space The Garden Annexe opens onto hallway which leads to shower room with wash basin and separate WC. Hallway leads through glazed door to large space with vaulted ceiling. A partition provides sleeping area separating kitchenette and dining area. This room leads through to the lounge area which has a large sofa and armchair. Relaxing area to enjoy watching TV, the log burner and the private garden. Guest access The Annexe is completely self contained and private use of garden and patio. Guests can access the Annexe via a lockbox at the front door. Off road parking for guests use in driveway. Other things to note Guests will be given the code to the lockbox once booking completed. But we try to personally greet you and give you a quick tour and the door key. During the colder winter months when electric heaters and or the log burner are used, there will be a supplementary heating fee of £15.00 per day. This will be notified in your initial query and costs calculation so you are aware of this addition. It will appear within a revised cleaning fee.
