Tiny in the Valley

The light and airy cottage faces the back garden with views of the surrounding hillsides. The cottage sits among redwood and fir trees for great hiking and mountain biking. Furnishings and finishes are high end and designed for convenience, comfort and storage. The loft has room to stand upright and has a queen bed; below is a convertible sofa/double bed. The bath has a shower and Toto Washlet; the kitchen has Bosch appliances and an Airfryer/oven. A dedicated washer and dryer is included. The space There are two houses on the property and Fox Cottage, the tinier house, is at the back of the property. It faces the back garden providing privacy and a view of the bees, birds and butterflies. Beyond you can see the surrounding hills and forest. The unit has a wide double glass door which leads to the living space and kitchen. The bedroom is up the stairs to the left. The laundry shed with the washer and dryer is at the south end of the deck. Guest access The unit has an adjoining deck with a table and chairs for their personal use. The garden is shared space, including a beer garden table, umbrellas and outdoor couch and chairs. Other things to note I have a very friendly little dog who is gentle and sweet and happy to welcome guests.
