All bedrooms are upstairs, which helps keep things quiet while the main living areas downstairs stay open for hanging out. The kitchen is large and built for real cooking. If you’re planning meals for a group, there’s enough space to prep, cook, and sit down together without it feeling crowded. The living room has a Smart TV, and upstairs there’s a game room with ping pong and air hockey that tends to become the hangout spot at night. The backyard is one of the best parts of the home. It’s spacious, open, and has a clear view of the mountains. There’s a playground for kids, a charcoal BBQ, and plenty of room to set up for a baby shower, graduation, reunion, or small wedding. We provide folding tables and chairs to make it easier to host without bringing in extra rentals. If you’re planning an event, just message us ahead of time. We do allow events for an additional fee and can go over details with you. Parking is easy. There’s a 3 car garage, space for 4 cars in the driveway, and we can open the gate for additional parking in the backyard if needed for events.
