The space It is an airconditioned fully furnished 2-bedroom unit and It is also equipped with a smart lock door and has unlimited wifi. The location is ideal, being within walking distance to SM City Marilao, which offers a wide range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Other things to note We require a security deposit of Php1,000.00 for 1-2 days booking and Php3,000.00 for 3 or more days of booking. Your security deposit is refundable after check-out, provided there are no damages or excessive dirt in the unit during your stay. In the event that the unit is left dirty upon check-out, there will be a deduction of one thousand pesos from your security deposit. Swimming Pool access has a separate fee of Php 150/day (regular day) Php 300/day (holiday). Pool is open at 9am-6pm from Tuesday to Sunday. And a Pay parking within the premises of Php 300 overnight.
