The Guest House is compact, but it is cozy for visitors who want to get to know the Island of Magic and be comforted after a long day of adventures! You will have the private Guest House just for you, the guest; however, the swimming pool, yard, and common area will be shared with me, my partner, and our two Patudos children, who are two golden retrievers. The Guest House is located in the heart of the neighborhood, with an abundance of shops around it. Less than 300 meters away, you will find markets, a specialized meat house, boutiques, a bakery, pharmacies, snack bars, and many others. The trade is plentiful and meets all day-to-day needs. The neighborhood offers quick access to the beaches of the North and East as well as the airport. °°°°°°∆°°°°°° Mozambique's beach, in particular, is located within the forest reserve of the Rio Vermelho Park, accessed via very well-marked trails that last an average of 40 minutes or just a 10-minute drive from the fastest access to the beach. In itself, it is totally preserved, without any type of construction or commerce, just nature, greenery, birdsong and a lot of natural beauty. °°°°°°∆°°°°°° The Guest House is exclusively for vacation rentals and for the number of people described in the listing. Our goal is to serve you in the best possible way in the style of shared housing tourism. We are not an inn, nor a hostel or a hotel chain, it is about a current seasonal accommodation space that is shared through common spaces and houses. °°°°°°∆°°°°°° Rules to follow: (we have listed some points below to give the guest clarification regarding their stay.) ∆ We do not accept any type of event, whatever the format. ∆ We do not provide room service, breakfast or food. We are not a hotel chain. ∆ It will be up to each guest to take care, maintain cleanliness and respect the rules. Guests are responsible for leaving the common area habitable after using it, so that we can always make use of it in an organized and comfortable manner. ∆ Chairs in place, clean equipment. The guest needs to take good care of the Guest House. ∆ The cleaning service is performed only before each check-in, and after each check-out. During the stay, the cleaning, organization and care of the house is under the entire responsibility of each guest while making use of the space. ∆ Procedure for using the house, common areas and suggestions for pleasant vacations ∆ Wash your feet to remove sand brought from the beach in the shower or outside tap, thus avoiding clogging of sewage and bathroom pipes. ∆ To keep the pool water clean and stabilized at all times, we ask that you use the shower before each entry into the pool, whether to remove sea water, sunscreen, suntan lotion or sweat. ∆ The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, who may receive visits from friends at the Guest House upon payment of a visitor's fee of R$ 70 per person. Visitors will have the right to use the swimming pool and pool table. Visitors will not be able to sleep on the premises. Visiting hours begin at 10 a.m. and end at 7:30 p.m. ∆ During your stay, when leaving the Guest House for a walk or appointment, be sure to check that the lights and appliances (TV, air-conditioning, gas oven, lights, etc.) are turned off to avoid any damage or unnecessary expense. ∆ Guests may smoke in the outdoor areas, but smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Guest House. ∆ We do not accept pets*, as we have two golden retriever dogs that are not sociable with other animals. ∆ No item available and offered for your stay (sun guard, beach chairs, towels, cushions, etc...) and well-being should be taken or borrowed to other places. ∆ Guest access * Private House (Guest House) * Garage * Backyard * Swimming pool * Washing machine * Covered pergola with pool table, hammock.
