The Space: The entrance hall leads into a large open-plan kitchen diner, a wonderfully social space with a large oak dining table offering the perfect setting to get together and enjoy those special occasions. Double doors lead into a fully enclosed garden with outdoor seating and a fire pit. A beautifully styled lounge is the perfect place to curl up and relax after a day's sightseeing, with a ground-floor cloakroom and a single bedroom doubling as a study. Three large bedrooms with ensuites occupy the first floor, and the master bedroom also boasts a walk-through dressing area. An additional family shower room serves the two large bedrooms on the top floor, with a bright landing workspace. There is ample off-road parking for 3-4 vehicles. Getting Around: Getting around the neighbourhood of Upton Grange, Chester is easy and convenient. You can use public transportation such as buses or taxis, or rent a bike or a car to explore the area at your own pace. Regarding parking, there is street parking available in front of the property. Some areas have time restrictions, so it's always a good idea to check the signs before parking. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
