BBQ on the veranda enjoy the view and afternoon beverage while the kids & dogs play in the fully fenced front and back yard. Other things to note PETS This property is pet friendly (no animals on furniture please). The property is fully fenced, to keep your pets safe while you enjoy your holiday. Careful for ticks. EXTRAS A bottle of wine will be waiting to welcome you chilling in the fridge! 4 x bikes, cards, plenty books, 2 x boogie boards are available for use. You agree to take the necessary safety precautions including bringing your own bike helmet and observe beach safety. LINEN Linen is available, but you will need to bring your own beach towels. (Included in cleaning fee FRESH linen) Strictly NO SMOKING inside the premises, thank you. NO PARTIES. Our house is in a residential street with local families and is not available for parties etc. Thank you for your understanding. SUSTAINABILITY We are environmentally friendly and the house has solar panels, and runs on 100% tank water (as much of Bawley does). We ask our guests to be conscious of their water usage. Sewage is also tank sewage and we ask guests to be careful and not to put things down the toilets/ sinks etc! Gas to the house is bottle gas.
