If you use a fan when you sleep for the noise or just to have air blowing there's a ceiling fan in the room and a small fan in the closet for you to use. Note- there are steps that go down to the basement- where the home's utilities are located. There is a latched gate in front of the steps- please keep this latched for your safety. This house was built in the 1940s and the neighborhood was originally built to house WWII Vets as they returned home. Location: Perrymont- it’s perfect no matter the reason you're in Lynchburg. If you're attending an event at Old Pate Chapel or the Bottling Company Reception Hall- this house is within walking distance Close to Fort Hill, Perrymont, restaurants, shopping, colleges, and downtown *This home is filled with local, vintage, and family artwork and items, please enjoy them and take care of them as I would. *When booking let us know how many are in your party and if you're bringing your pup with you. Guest access entire home minus the unfinished basement where the utilities of the home are located. Other things to note Trash pick up is Monday- Our cleaners try to put the can on the curb(driveway side) but if you're at the home on a Sunday night we request you to pull it down. Our lawn day is Thursday- Casey from R&C Lawn tries to stick to Thursday weather permitting and he tries to mow with as little disruption to you as possible.
