Enjoy your stay at our self contained guest suite with 1 or 2 bedroom options. A minimum 3 guest booking is required to access 2 bedrooms. We are conveniently located just steps away from the beach, Freshchoice Supermarket, Pearl Kitchen Cafe, and The Goodhome Gastro pub. We are centrally located to many sporting venues and easy to access via the Sandhurst Drive off-ramp from SH2. Completely level access suitable for guests in wheelchairs via private deck. The space The single level guest suite includes a bedroom with its own ensuite and private lounge/kitchenette. Both rooms have ranch sliders that open onto a private deck for your exclusive use. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric hot plate, crockery and cutlery. This suite is on the ground floor of the owner’s home but has its own separate and private access. A second adjoining bedroom with king sized bed can be made available on request for an additional fee. It has its own ensuite facilities. A foldaway bed, suitable for younger person is also available on request. Bed linen, bath towels, and beach towels are provided. A fold out laundry rack can be found in the wardrobe to dry beach towels outside. Other things to note This accomodation is suitable for quiet guests who will enjoy our peaceful and relaxing subdivision. We do not accept bookings for festivals or concerts.
