Sauna available in winter. 📺 TV in suite. The Parkside is a beautiful historic home, centrally located within walking distance to Bradley University, restaurants and shopping. Hospitals and downtown are a short drive away. The space Private completely finished attic with comfy ween bed, private bath with shower and your own laundry room with washer and dryer. Mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Note: the attic third floor and accessed via a spiral staircase from second floor. Guest access Smart locks on all doors. In addition to your private space, you are invited to share the two living rooms, dining room, kitchen, laundry and additional bathrooms, a cedar dry sauna and, during the summer, a pool. I friendly cat lives on the lower level in a private space, guests are welcome to request interaction but cat lives in a private area so there are no allergy concerns. During your stay I’m happy to interact with guests or give them their space. Other things to note This is a shared space. Please be considerate of everyone and clean up after yourself in common spaces including the kitchen/dishes after use. We have a dishwasher which keeps things running smoothly if guests chip in to load/unload occasionally.
